FIERCE Advocates is hosting a block party-style event at the Richmond Civic Center Plaza to honor 20 years of advocacy, healing, and collective power.
This FREE, family-friendly celebration has something for everyone:

Newark Days Arts, Crafts Fair

Local artisans and businesses come together to showcase their craft, including a petting zoo and pony rides! The Faire takes place from

The 2025 Newark Days Celebration

Newark Days is a four-day festival held to commemorate the birthday of the City of Newark, California, we’ll be celebrating Newark’s 70th birthday from September 18-21 with the theme, Celebrating the 70s!

Car Show, Parade, Arts, Crafts, & Trade Fair Food Festival and Beer/Wine Pavilion, Carnival,  BMX balance bikes for kids, Stage shows, Kid’s Craft Booth

The festivities are primarily located around the MacGregor Fields and Newark Community Center located at 35501 Cedar Blvd, Newark, California.

Fri August 22 - ART on the Square

ART on the Square features the best in fine arts and crafts with prices for every budget. We believe that art creates strong and vibrant communities.

Kick off your weekend with some bopping and shopping at our last of four Summer Season shows! Enjoy the sounds of Beatles tribute band Ticket to Ride at Music on the Square while you shop for the amazing work of our very talented artists.
